Research and Creative Expression Certificate

You can now be recognized for your participation in our IDEA: Discovery Workshop series with the Research and Creative Expression Certificate. Although this series is primarily directed at undergraduates, students from all levels may benefit from these workshops as well as this certificate. This certificate can be displayed as part of your resume, vita, cover letter, or any place where including your professional development credentials may be useful. If you have any questions regarding the submission, requirements, or receiving your physical certificate, please email us at ideacenter@txstate.edu.

  • attend a minimum of eight Discovery Workshops
  • including any workshops from fall and/or spring
  • there will be 12 workshops to choose from each semester

  • complete the short survey at the end of each workshop
  • surveys will be used to track attendance
  • feedback will be used to improve future workshops
